1. Do you have a catalog?
No, we do not have a catalog. Please keep checking our website
constantly for new items being included.
2. What is your return policy?
Please contact us prior to returning items and ask for a return
confirmation number.
Items must be returned in their original condition within 7 days of
receipt for a store credit. Shipping and insurance will not be
refunded. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Is there a minimum order?
Yes, there is a minimum order of $3.00.
4. Do I need to pay sales tax?
Yes, if you live in Florida you need to pay 6.50% sales tax.
5. How do you ship your items?
We ship exclusively by USPS, either Priority Mail or First Class
Mail. Please confirm at checkout the service you require.
6. When can I expect my order to arrive?
Orders sent by Priority Mail will usually take 2 to 3 business days
and First-Class Mail from 3 to 5 business days.
7. Do you ship to Canada and other countries?
No, we currently ship to U.S. only. If you are interested in our
products and do not live in the U.S., please feel free to email us at
sales@taguanutivory.com and inquire so we can obtain shipping
rates for your country based on restrictions that may apply and on
total order weight and value.
8. Will I have to pay customs for international shipments.
Tagua Nut Ivory is not responsible for any duties that our
customers have to pay. International customers are responsible
for all custom fees. Prior to placing your order, please contact
your local government to find out what your duties will add up to.
9. Which payment methods do you prefer?
We accept payments via Visa, Master Card, American Express,
Discover and Paypal. All of our payments are processed through
Paypal Express Checkout but you do not require a Paypay account
to buy from us. We also accept Money orders. If you are paying

10. Do you insure the items?
Insure is optional, but highly recommended. Please check our
shipping costs with and without insurance.
11. How do I know that the item was actually shipped?
All our items are sent through USPS with Delivery Confirmation
(U.S. shipments only) already included in shipping and handling
fees. With Delivery Confirmation you can track your package and
see when it was delivered at your local USPS office.
12. How do you pack your items?
We carefully pack items in separate small zip lock bags detailing
quantity, size, style, color and mail these in bubble mailers.
13. Is Tagua Nut Ivory a secure website?
Yes, Tagua Nut Ivory is a secure website. Yahoo provides a 128-bit
encryption which makes it secure; and at checkout, Paypal Express
Checkout takes you to a URL address which starts with https://
the "s" means you entered a secure site.
14. Can I place my order by email or by fax instead of doing it
online?
No, we currently accept payments only through Paypal Express
Checkout on our website.
15. Why are the beads or Christmas ornaments I received not
exactly as pictured?
Due to the natural nature of our items and to the fact that they are
handmade, no two pieces are exactly alike and you will sometimes
find slight imperfections.
