Quantity Discounts
We offer quantity discounts for our retail customers. Quantity discounts are calculated only on items of the same code, same color. We do not combine colors of the same code for quantity discounts.
Custom Orders
If you are a wholesaler and require a tagua piece that we don’t carry, please contact us. We work directly with manufacturers and might be able to help you. Minimum quantities are required depending on size and cost of the piece.
International Orders
International customers can NOW purchase directly online. If your country is not listed, please contact us. Please check postage and insurance fees for your country.
All international orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) by Priority Mail International or DHL. Tagua Nut Ivory is not responsible for any duties that our customers might need to pay. International customers are responsible for all custom fees. Prior to placing your order, please contact your local government to find out what your duties will add up to.
Sales Tax
We charge 6.75% sales tax for orders in Florida.
Returns
To return items, please contact us prior to doing so and ask for a return confirmation number. No items will be accepted without a confirmation number. All items must be returned in their original condition and received by Tagua Nut Ivory no later than 7 calendar days of receipt for a store credit. Shipping and insurance will not be refunded. Buyer needs to return items insured, with delivery confirmation as well as signature confirmation. International customers who would like to return an order, also need to follow same procedure: ask for a return confirmation number, mail it via a insured shipping service which includes some type of confirmation stating that Tagua Nut Ivory has received items. Buyer also needs to immediately email Tagua Nut Ivory with customs form number and confirmation number. If international returns are charged customs fees upon arrival, these are charged to the customer's account and deducted from the total amount to credit. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. To return items, customer must include the following with the items:
a. Copy of the invoice clearly detailing the items being returned
b. Return confirmation number

Ordering Information
Please place your orders directly online. If you would like to purchase an item in many different colors, please go to its section page. You will have all colors of the same item in a single page and each one will have a “quantity box” beside it. Include quantity required in each “quantity box” and click on “Add to Cart”. All items of the same code in each and every color will be placed in the shopping cart at once. Payment Methods
We currently accept payments through Paypal, however, you do not need a Paypal account to be able to purchase from us. Use your Paypal account if you have one, your credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover) or your debit card. We also accept Money orders and personal checks.
